My strings are not showing up in the editor
Check the filters first, then the language, then whether the push actually landed, in that order, because the first is by far the most common.
Is a filter hiding it?
The editor remembers your filters, and a saved view applies several at once. Untranslated only, a State, Waiting for approval, Needs checking, Has glossary issue, Has unresolved comment, Tags and Stale (source changed) all narrow the list. Open Filters, select Clear filters, and check again. This is the answer most of the time. See Filter the editor.
Are you in the right language?
The editor shows one target language at a time. Switch to the language you expected.
Did the strings arrive?
A key exists only once something created it: a push from the CLI or the API, an upload, an extraction from a connected repository, a sync from a content platform, or New key in the editor. Check the project's key count on its overview: if it has not gone up, nothing arrived.
- From the CLI,
pushprints a line for each file it uploaded and a summary of the keys it created. A file that matched no path insourceswas never sent. See Configuration. - A push returns before translation finishes. The source strings are there straight away; their translations follow when the run completes.
Did they go to the right project?
A deploy token belongs to one project. A token from another project pushes successfully, but into that other project. See Deploy tokens.
Can you see the whole project?
If you were given access to one project, or to some languages only, you see only what you were granted. Ask an admin of the workspace. See Grant access to one project.
Was the key deleted?
A CLI push does not delete keys that have disappeared from your source file, unless it ran as transglot push --sync-removals. A key can also be deleted in the editor by a developer, an admin or an account Owner. See Add or edit a key.

My import did not bring everything across
Usually the run is still going or stopped early, the token could not see everything, or the content is something an import does not carry.
My repository sync is not running
Check the branch, the file pattern and the project link, and remember the result is a pull request somebody has to merge.
