Plan requirements

Which plan each integration needs, and what happens when your plan is below it.

Integrations are not sold separately. Each one has a minimum plan, and once your account's plan meets it the integration is included at no extra charge. There is nothing to buy or switch on: an Owner or Admin connects it, and it works.

Minimum plan for each integration

IntegrationMinimum plan
SlackFree (every plan)
Import from Lokalise, Phrase or CrowdinFree (every plan), within your plan's project, language and key limits
Content platforms (CMS, e-commerce, help center and marketing tools)Starter
App Store Connect and Google PlayStarter
Amazon S3 and DropboxStarter
Zapier, Make and n8n (through the API and webhooks)Starter
GitHubTeam
GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure ReposTeam
JiraTeam

Plans above a minimum include it too: an integration that needs Starter is also included on Team, Business and Enterprise. The OSS plan for open-source projects meets the same minimums as Team.

For what each plan costs and includes, see pricing.

How the integrations page shows it

Open Integrations in your workspace. Two parts of the page tell you where you stand:

  • The app cards at the top. A card whose minimum plan you have not reached carries the plan's name as a flag (for example Team), says "Requires the Team plan." and offers Upgrade plan instead of Connect.
  • The Marketplace section below, grouped into Content connectors, Design tools and Developer apps. Each card ends with Included when your plan covers it, or Upgrade to enable when it does not.

Upgrade plan opens the account's Plan & billing page. If you are not allowed to change the account's plan, the card names the account Owners who can, instead of showing the button.

If your plan drops below an integration's minimum

The integration stops doing work: no new syncs, pull requests or Jira issues. Its settings stay saved. Move back to a plan that includes it and the next push or sync runs as usual.

For GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure Repos, Amazon S3 and Dropbox, the card on the Integrations page shows the last sync attempt and why it did not run, for example "The GitLab integration is not included on the current plan." A sync can also be held for a reason that is not the plan, such as a hold on the account; the card names whichever reason applies.
