Accept an invitation
Join a workspace someone invited you to, using the private link in the invitation email.
The link in the invitation email is the only way in: there is nowhere to look an invitation up. The invitation names one email address, and only a login with that address can accept it.
Open the link in the invitation email
The page shows Join followed by the workspace name, and the role you were invited as.
Sign in or sign up with the invited address
If you are not signed in, the page offers Sign in or sign up with the invited address, and brings you straight back to the invitation afterwards. A new login confirms its email address first; open the confirmation link and you land back on the invitation, ready to accept.
Select Accept invitation
You join the workspace with the role the invitation named, and it appears on your dashboard. The people who manage the workspace are notified that you joined.
If the invitation was limited to one project, or to some languages, that is all you see in the workspace. See Roles and what each one can do.
If it doesn't work
- "This invitation has expired. Ask for a new one.": invitations last seven days. Ask whoever invited you to send another.
- "You are signed in as ... Only that address can accept it.": you are signed in with a different address. Select Sign out and use the invited address.
- The page asks you to confirm your email address. Open the confirmation link transglot sent when you signed up, or select Send the confirmation email again.
- The link does not open at all. The invitation may have been withdrawn. Ask whoever invited you.
