Create your account
Create a personal transglot login, which is separate from the workspaces you later join or start.
Your login is yours. One login can belong to several workspaces, with a different role in each.
Were you invited?
Sign up with the same email address the invitation was sent to, then open the invitation link again. An invitation can only be accepted by the address it was sent to. See Accept an invitation.
Choose how to sign up
Select Google or GitHub to sign up with that account, or fill in the form under Or sign up with email: your Name, Email address, a Password, and the same password again in Confirm password. Then select Create account.
Confirm your email address
transglot emails you a confirmation link. Open it to finish setting up your account. Until you do, the console shows Email verification, with Resend verification email if the message did not arrive and Wrong address? Change it if you mistyped the address.
Once your address is confirmed, create a workspace, or connect a repository from the CLI, which creates one for you.
Welcome words on the Free plan
A new account on the Free plan receives a one-time grant of welcome words on top of the plan's monthly allowance, in two parts:
- The first part arrives when you confirm your email address.
- The rest arrives after you confirm a mobile number once. Open the account's Welcome words settings page, or select Confirm a mobile number on the billing page. transglot sends a 6-digit code by text message; enter it and the words are added.
If you sign up with an address at an email alias or forwarding service, all of the welcome words arrive after the phone check instead.
Welcome words come once per person. An email address or sign-in that has already received them does not receive them again; a new account then starts with the Free plan's monthly allowance only. For current amounts, see pricing.
If it doesn't work
- The email address is already registered. Sign in instead, or use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.
- Your company uses single sign-on. Do not create a password account. Sign in through your company's identity provider instead; see Sign in to transglot.
- "We could not finish this sign-up": the sign-up needs a manual review. Email the review code the page shows to hello@transglot.ai and a person reviews it.
- Your country is not in the list when you confirm a mobile number. Phone checks are not available there yet. Write to hello@transglot.ai and say where you are.
- "That is not a mobile number. The code can only go to a mobile phone.": landline and internet phone numbers cannot receive the code.
- "This number has already unlocked welcome words. Each number works once.": use another mobile number of your own.

How transglot works
