Your notifications
Find the activity that involves you, such as finished batches, mentions and review requests, and clear what you have read.
Who can use it: everyone. Your inbox collects notifications from every workspace you belong to.
New activity that involves you lands in your inbox: "a batch finishing, somebody answering a comment, a review request landing in your queue." Which events reach you, and which are also emailed, is set in your notification preferences.
The bell
The Notifications bell sits at the foot of the console's left rail and shows how many notifications you have not read. Select it to open your latest notifications in a panel:
- Select a notification to mark it read and open what it is about.
- Select Mark all read to clear the count.
- Select View all notifications to open the full inbox.
While you work, a new notification also appears briefly at the edge of the screen, with Open when there is something to go to.
The inbox page
The Notifications page lists Everything that involves you, newest first, and says how many are unread.
Open a notification
Select a notification. It is marked read, and transglot opens the string, batch, review or page it is about.
Clear the rest
Select Mark all read to mark everything read at once.
See older notifications
Select Load more at the end of the list.
Preferences at the top of the page opens your notification preferences.
When there is nothing new, the page reads "You are all caught up".
Notifications are kept for 90 days, whether you have read them or not.
