Custom branding
Set an accent colour for the console, and put your logo and product name on the quality scorecard your customers read.
Who can do this: the Owners of the account that holds the workspace. Custom branding (white-label) is available on the Enterprise plan.
Branding is set per workspace and applies to every member of it. The three settings do not all appear in the same place, so check which is which before you promise a client anything:
| Setting | Where it appears |
|---|---|
| Accent colour | Across the console, for everyone in this workspace. |
| Product name | In the header of the printable quality scorecard, on scorecards you share by link, and in the scorecard CSV export in place of the workspace name. |
| Logo | In the header of the printable quality scorecard and on scorecards you share by link. |
The console header and the browser tab are not branded.
Open Branding
Open Settings, choose the Workspace tab, then Branding.
Set the product name
Enter the Product name, for example Acme Localization. It can be up to 60 characters.
Upload a logo
Choose an image file under Logo, up to 1 MB. A preview appears. To take a logo off, select Remove current logo.
Pick an accent colour
Turn on Use a custom accent colour and pick the colour. "Off keeps the colour the console ships with."
Save
Select Save branding. The message reads "Branding updated." The change is recorded in the audit log.
If it doesn't work
- "White-label the console" with a Contact sales button: the workspace's account is not on the Enterprise plan. Enterprise is arranged with sales rather than bought at checkout.
- Branding is not in the Workspace settings menu: you are not an Owner of the account that holds the workspace.
- The logo does not upload: use an image file of 1 MB or less.
