the workflow

Connect your content. Review every language.

Connect once, choose your content and languages, then translate and review in the same project. The steps below show how it works in your tool.

  1. Install the app

Request the Transglot Make invitation and add the app to your account. Create a connection with your project token.

    connect
  2. Start a batch

Add Start a translation. Choose missing, selected, stale or all keys and optionally limit the target locales. Selected scope requires key IDs.

    translate
  3. Check progress

Map the returned batch ID into Get a batch. Check the batch status before proceeding to download translations.

    status
  4. Deliver a locale file

Use Pull translations with the desired locale and format. Map its file data and file name into your storage or delivery module.

Translated output

Start a translation batch, retrieve its progress, and download a target locale as a file for the next step in your scenario.

Keep in mind

The four published actions are Start a translation, Get a batch, Pull translations and Make an API call. The project-event trigger remains hidden and is not available for production workflows.

get connected

A few steps to your first connection.

Follow your tool’s setup below: add the connection, choose what to sync, and try it with a small set of content. Your team can keep working in the tools they already use.

What you need

a Transglot project token and access to the Make app by invitation.

  • A Transglot project with its source and target locales configured.
  • Save credentials in the connection settings so your team can work without copying secrets between files.
  • Hosted API access requires a paid Transglot plan. AI translation uses your workspace’s word allowance.
  1. Request access to the Transglot Make app by invitation. Its public directory review is pending.

  2. Create a project API token in Transglot. Use pull for locale downloads and manage for translation batches; grant only the abilities your scenario needs.

  3. In Make, add a Transglot module and create a connection. Set Base URL to https://api.transglot.ai and enter the project token in the connection’s token field.

  4. Test Get a batch or Pull translations with a small project. Add Start a translation when needed, and check completion before pulling its results.

  5. Use Make an API call for another supported endpoint, entering a relative path such as /v1/project. The connection supplies authorization.
