transglot for commerceshopify, woo, magento

Translate your whole store, every market at once.

Connect the store once. Every product, collection and page is translated in the run that follows the change, checked before it publishes, and written back into the market it belongs to. Theme strings come in as a file, in the format your theme already uses.

A new product ships English only for weeks while the agency queue clears.

The connector syncs on change: every market drafted, checked and published in the same run.

Per-word pricing times the whole catalogue times every market. The invoice decides your reach.

One flat plan for the workspace. The only meter is $0.0008 a word past the allowance.

The seasonal campaign lands two weeks late in the markets that needed it most.

Campaign copy moves in one run, and the length check catches German before a customer does.

how it works

Your catalogue goes in. Every market comes out.

An agency and four plugins, versus one connector.

Transglot
wired once
A new product in four markets
One connector run: drafts, checks, publish. No ticket and no queue.
Seasonal campaign
The same run reaches every wired market, with the four checks on and the rendered screen in view where in-context is enabled.
Theme strings
Theme locale JSON round-trips natively. No forked theme and no template edits.
The German button
A row that overruns the button is flagged for review rather than published, and the glossary holds the terms you are not allowed to paraphrase.
Cost per market
One plan for the workspace, with all 41 integrations included: 36 from Starter and 5 from Team. Past the allowance every word meters at the same $0.0008, whichever market it is for.
Connector figures read from the marketplace catalogue: thirty-two connectors write reviewed translations back, and nine are import only.
a worked example

Two Black Fridays, one store.

A made-up pair, written as a scenario. No company, no person and no outcome figure: the difference between the two columns is the queue, not the translation.

November, the long way round

  • oct 03The campaign brief goes to the vendor. Purchase order raised, kickoff booked.
  • nov 18German and French come back. Japanese is flagged as in review.
  • nov 29Japanese is still in review. The sale starts anyway, in English.
  • dec 02Japan receives the Black Friday email. It is December.

November, in one run

  • nov 27Campaign copy goes out with the morning deploy, like any other string change.
  • nov 27Every wired market is drafted and gated in the same run. The German button is repaired on the way through.
  • nov 28The campaign lands in every market at local midnight.
  • dec 01Nobody chases anything, because nobody had anything to do.
same day, every market
The difference is not translation speed. It is that the second November has no queue in it.

FAQs

What a store owner asks before wiring a connector.

How do I translate my Shopify store into another language?
Connect the Shopify connector once. It reads your products, collections and pages, the engine drafts every language you have set up, four checks run on each row, and the reviewed text is written back into the store. After that it syncs when the catalogue changes, so a new product is translated without anybody opening a ticket.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and PrestaShop write reviewed translations back into the store. BigCommerce and Klaviyo are import only today, which means text comes in for translation but you publish it yourself. All of them are part of the 41-connector marketplace: 36 are included from Starter and 5 from Team, with no per-connector fee.
It is picked up by the next sync and drafted into every market you have wired, with the same four checks as everything else. Nothing has to be exported, emailed or scheduled.
That is what the length check is for. A row that exceeds the maximum length you set is written but held for review instead of published, so an overrun reaches a person and not a storefront. Where in-context review is switched on, the length is judged against the rendered screen rather than guessed at.
Yes. Rows sit in the workspace until they are reviewed, and a reviewed row is protected: a later automatic pass cannot overwrite it. Reviewers can be scoped to one language, and the translator role exists on every plan.
Per plan. Seats, projects, languages and connectors are not billed separately. The one meter is words: your source words count once for each language you translate them into, and anything past your monthly allowance is $0.0008 a word, about $80 per 100,000 words.
Count the words in the copy you want translated, multiply by the number of target languages, and compare that with your plan allowance: 100,000 words to start and 10,000 a month after on Free, 300,000 on Starter at $19, 1,000,000 on Team at $49 and 4,000,000 on Business at $149. Anything above the allowance is $0.0008 a word. A one-off catalogue import is usually a single large month followed by small ones, because only changed copy is translated again.
Transglot writes the translations into the fields your store already uses for each market, so whatever your platform does with localized URLs and language tags carries on doing it. There is no proxy or overlay in front of your site, and no script your shoppers have to load.
Campaign copy moves in the same run as everything else. Klaviyo email templates can be imported for translation today; publishing back to Klaviyo is not supported yet, so those go out through your own send.
The connector holds the access it needs to read and write the fields it localizes, and you can revoke it at any time from the store side or the workspace. Nothing else is retained, and nothing is used to train a model.
For most catalogue copy, no: the engine drafts it and the four checks refuse a row rather than publishing a broken one. Teams that keep an agency usually keep it for campaign and brand copy, and those linguists work in the same workspace with their own accounts.
Yes. The free plan gives you one project, 100,000 words to start and 10,000 a month after, and 14 target languages with no card. Connectors need a paid plan, so a common first step is a file import on Free to see the output before wiring the store on Starter.
