Apply a promo code
See what a plan costs with a discount code, then carry the code into checkout.
Who can do this: the Owners and Billing members of the account.
The Promo code card "checks the price before you buy". The code is applied when you subscribe from Plan & billing.
Open Plan & billing
Open Settings, choose the Account tab, then Plan & billing.
Pick the plan
Under Where you sit, select the plan you are considering. The code is checked against the plan you select, not the one you are on.
Enter the code
Under Promo code, enter the code, for example LAUNCH50, and select Apply.
Check the price
The card reports the discounted price, for example "Discount applied: the monthly price on Team becomes" followed by the new price.
Subscribe
Select Upgrade. The code goes with you to checkout for that plan.
If it doesn't work
- "We do not recognise that code.": check the spelling.
- "That code is not being accepted right now.": the code has expired, has not started yet, or has been used up.
- "That code is not valid for the ... plan.": the code is limited to other plans. Select one of those and apply it again.
- "That code could not be applied.": try again, or contact support.
- "This code cannot start a new account. Start the account, then apply the code from Plan & billing.": create the account first, then use the code on its Plan & billing page.
