Intercom and Transglot, help customers in their language.

Choose Intercom in your project’s CMS settings, add your credentials, and select the content and languages to sync. Translate and review in one project, then publish to your mapped target languages.

連接您的內容。審閱每種語言。

只需連接一次，選擇您的內容和語言，然後在同一個專案中進行翻譯與審閱。以下步驟說明如何在您的工具中運作。

Connect Intercom
Choose Intercom in the project’s CMS settings. Add a workspace access token, and the region your workspace lives in.

Choose the content and locale mapping
Select the types and fields you want to localize. The connector reads Help Center articles and collections. Map the source and target locales to your project.

Sync and review the translations
Start Sync from CMS to bring the selected source into your project. Translate and review the resulting keys alongside the rest of your project content.

Publish to Intercom
Use Publish to CMS to send the translated values to the mapped target locales. Check the publish result in the project’s CMS settings.

Publish translated values back to the target locales you map in Intercom.

Create a Transglot project with the source and target locales you need.
Open the project’s CMS settings and choose Intercom.
Provide a workspace access token, and the region your workspace lives in.
Save the connection, select the supported content, map locales, then run Sync from CMS.
