실행 가능한 이벤트가 발생하면 선택한 프로젝트 및 이슈 유형에 따라 Jira Cloud 이슈가 하나 생성됩니다. 최선 노력 방식이 아닌 내구성 있는 방식으로 처리되므로 Jira 장애 발생 시 작업 항목이 삭제되지 않고 재시도되며, 중복 제거 키를 통해 재시도 시 두 번째 이슈가 생성되지 않도록 합니다.
